01Do I need a OneSignal or Firebase account?
No. KD Push delivers directly through Apple (APNs), Google (FCM) and the browsers' own push services, and all the technical setup is managed on our side. You only paste two keys into your platform panel.
02Do I need a P8 key for iOS notifications?
You don't have to — the platform provides the delivery credentials. If you prefer, you can upload your own P8 key from your portal and it is used for your app only.
03Can I send notifications to my website visitors?
Yes. Switch on Web for your app, add your domain and two lines to your site: visitors who allow notifications receive them in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, without an app.
04Can my notification reach another store's customers?
No. Every device belongs to one app of one merchant, and the key decides the app — no request can reach another merchant's devices.
05What are automatic notifications?
When your platform is connected to KD Push, it sends "New app" and "Update available" notifications to your store's devices only, and bundles events that arrive close together into one notification so your customers are not flooded.
06Can I schedule notifications and target specific customers?
Yes. Schedule up to 30 days ahead and target all devices, users, devices or tags, with delivery and open stats for every notification.
07How do I connect my platform or app?
Through a REST API documented in five languages (Arabic, English, Spanish, French and German), with a ready-made Postman collection: the app registers the device with the App Key, and your backend sends notifications with the Server Key.
08How do subscriptions and payment work?
Pick a monthly or yearly plan in the merchant portal and pay securely online through MyFatoorah; your subscription activates as soon as the payment is confirmed.
